About Kaleidos Wood-Fired Kitchen

Named after the Greek root kaleidos — meaning “beautiful form” — Kaleidos Wood-Fired Kitchen blends organic, sustainable cooking with globally inspired, fire-driven cuisine.

Chef Stephen’s journey began on a solar-powered organic farm in Oregon’s Willamette Valley during the 1970s. That upbringing shaped a lifelong respect for sustainability, scratch cooking, and seasonal ingredients. Today, Kaleidos carries that legacy forward with fire.

Our mobile kitchen is powered by dual wood-fired ovens and fueled by collaboration. We feature a rotating team of chefs specializing in Italian, Micronesian, and Vietnamese backgrounds — each bringing their own expertise, traditions, and creativity to the flame. From handmade pizza to pho broths to coastal-seared seafood, our dishes are as diverse as they are rooted.

We source:

  • Organic produce from local farms
  • Foraged mushrooms from Oregon forests
  • Seafood from the Pacific coast
  • World-champion Rogue Creamery cheese
  • Shepherd’s Grain flour and locally butchered meats
