Chef Stephen’s journey began on a solar-powered organic farm in Oregon’s Willamette Valley during the 1970s. That upbringing shaped a lifelong respect for sustainability, scratch cooking, and seasonal ingredients. Today, Kaleidos carries that legacy forward with fire.
Our mobile kitchen is powered by dual wood-fired ovens and fueled by collaboration. We feature a rotating team of chefs specializing in Italian, Micronesian, and Vietnamese backgrounds — each bringing their own expertise, traditions, and creativity to the flame. From handmade pizza to pho broths to coastal-seared seafood, our dishes are as diverse as they are rooted.
