By using this website, booking our services, or placing an order with Kaleidos Wood-Fired Kitchen, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully before proceeding.

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not engage in activities that:

• Violate local, state, or federal laws
• Interfere with website operations or security
• Collect or misuse customer data

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel bookings, or block access if any misuse occurs.

All orders and bookings placed through our website or in person are:

• Final upon payment
• Subject to availability
• Priced in U.S. dollars

We reserve the right to cancel or refund an order due to errors, fraud suspicion, or unavailable dates/products.

Refunds for events, catering, or online store purchases are handled case by case. See Section 7 for booking-related refunds.

Products ordered through our store are shipped via trusted carriers using tools like ShipStation.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
• You are responsible for providing a valid delivery address
• We are not liable for carrier delays, lost packages, or incorrect addresses  

By entering your phone number, you agree to receive occasional SMS updates about:

• Pop-up locations
• Seasonal specials
• Booking reminders or confirmations

We use a wide range of ingredients in our kitchen, including but not limited to dairy, wheat, shellfish, nuts, and soy. While we do our best to minimize cross-contact, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Guests with severe allergies should notify our team before ordering or booking.

Some dishes may include ingredients that are raw or undercooked, such as seafood, meats, or eggs. Consuming raw or undercooked foods may increase your risk of foodborne illness, especially if you have certain medical conditions or weakened immunity.

By dining with us or ordering food, you acknowledge and accept this risk.

• A deposit may be required to confirm event bookings
• Bookings are not final until confirmed in writing by Kaleidos
• Final headcounts and menus are due 7 days before your event

• Cancel 7+ days before event → Full refund of deposit
• Cancel 3–6 days before → 50% deposit refund
• Cancel less than 72 hours → No refund of deposit
• No-shows or same-day cancellations may be billed in full

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule in the case of inclement weather, health/safety concerns, or equipment failure. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or reschedule at no cost.

All text, recipes, logos, and images on this site are the property of Kaleidos Wood-Fired Kitchen unless otherwise noted. You may not reuse or distribute them without written permission.
